Terms of Use

MainBelajar (mainbelajar.okje.my) is an educational games platform for Malaysian primary school students built as a personal / independent project. The service is currently in active testing and provided free of charge.

• Teachers and parents must be 18 years or older.
• Students may use the service at any age, but children under 13 should do so under parental supervision and with parental consent.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including violating Malaysian law.
• Create accounts using false identity or impersonate any person or institution.
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or playlists.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without written permission.
• Upload, create, or share playlists or content that is offensive, harmful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for children.
• Use the service to send spam, scrape data, or run automated bots.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written agreement.

You retain ownership of playlists and any other content you create. By making a playlist public, you grant other users the right to view and play it. You can delete your playlists at any time.

We reserve the right to remove user-created content that violates these terms, without prior notice when the content is clearly harmful.

The games, content packs, mascot, design, and underlying code are owned by MainBelajar. You may use the service for personal, classroom, or family educational purposes. You may NOT redistribute the content or reproduce the games outside the platform without permission.

MainBelajar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the Ministry of Education Malaysia (Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia / KPM), Cambridge Assessment International Education, or any official body. We do not claim any official approval, accreditation, or endorsement.

Our KSSR content is authored as a personal best-effort reference based on publicly available Dokumen Standard Kurikulum dan Pentaksiran (DSKP) published by KPM. Similarly, our Cambridge Primary and Common Core packs are authored from publicly available frameworks. This is a supplementary learning tool, not a replacement for classroom instruction or official curriculum materials.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will provide notice where reasonable, except in cases of clear abuse or legal requirement.

The service is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change without notice.
• Data may occasionally be lost during migrations or schema updates.
• The service may be unavailable from time to time.
• We will give reasonable notice before any planned shutdown or major change.

Content packs on MainBelajar are authored with substantial AI assistance ("vibe coded") and reviewed on a best-effort basis only. While we aim to align with the publicly available DSKP / Cambridge / Common Core frameworks, content may contain factual, mathematical, grammatical, translation, or cultural errors.

Parents, teachers, and guardians are solely responsible for verifying that content is accurate, age-appropriate, culturally suitable, religiously acceptable, and curriculum-aligned for their child before exposing the child to it. If you find an error, please report it to us at the contact below and we will investigate — but treat this platform as one supplementary tool among many, not as authoritative source material.

By using the service, parents, teachers, and guardians acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the responsible adult for any child using this platform under your account or supervision.
• You will preview and verify content before exposing your child to it, particularly for cultural, religious, dietary, or otherwise sensitive material.
• You will supervise screen time at levels you deem appropriate for the child's age and wellbeing.
• You will report concerns or errors to us rather than rely on the platform to be defect-free.
• You bear full responsibility for educational, curricular, and developmental decisions made based on this platform's content.

The service, including all games, content packs, translations, mascot, design, and features, is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer, contributors, and any associated person or entity make no representation regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, educational outcomes, exam performance, language correctness, cultural appropriateness, or alignment with any specific curriculum.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the developer of MainBelajar, contributors, and any associated person or entity are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to: academic or exam outcomes, lost time, lost data, emotional distress, exposure to errors or culturally insensitive material, or any other harm.

Where Malaysian law does not permit a complete exclusion of liability (e.g. for gross negligence or wilful misconduct), our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months for the service. Because MainBelajar is provided free of charge during the beta, this amount is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of MainBelajar, contributors, and any associated parties from any claim, loss, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your breach of these terms, (c) content you create on the platform, or (d) any decision you make based on the platform's content.

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We may update these terms. The version date at the top of this page indicates the current version. If we make material changes, we will prompt signed-in users to review and re-accept on next sign-in.
